We call you back and book a time
Send the form or ring us, and we book you in at a time that suits — daytime, evening or weekend. The visit is free, there's no obligation, and nobody will pressure you into anything.

You don’t need to know what you want. We bring the sample books to your living room, talk through what will work for each window, measure everything ourselves and give you one written price — the price we agree is the price you pay.

The same person comes back and fits it
Your curtains, blinds or shutters are made to those measurements by our trade suppliers. Then the person who measured comes back and fits them. If anything ever needs adjusting, you know exactly who to call.

Before the visit
What to have ready
- Nothing, really — the visit is built around you not needing to prepare.
- It helps to know which windows you want covered, and roughly how many, so we set aside enough time.
- If you have young children in the house, say so when you book — we will bring cordless and motorised options to show you.
- If you have seen a fabric, a colour or a photo you like, have it to hand. If not, that is what the sample books are for.
After the visit
What happens next
Ordering
When you are happy with the quote, we place the order with the makers. Everything is made specially for your windows, so we confirm every measurement and detail before anything is cut.
Making
Everything is made to the measurements we took, by our trade suppliers. It is usually two to three weeks for blinds and curtains, and three to five weeks for shutters — we confirm the timing at your visit.
Fitting
The person who measured comes back and fits it, and does not call the job done until you are happy with it. If anything ever needs looking at afterwards, you know exactly who to call.
