One price, in writing, before you order
The price depends on the size of the window, the product and the fabric or finish you choose — which is why we measure before quoting rather than guessing over the phone. What you get is one written, itemised quote, with VAT included. The price we agree is the price you pay; we do not add anything afterwards.
What the price covers
Everything, start to finish
- The home visit: the survey, the sample books and the advice, at a time that suits you.
- Measuring, by the person who will fit the work.
- The making — everything is made to order, to your measurements.
- The fitting, by the same person who measured, and the tidy-up afterwards.
After the fitting
Guaranteed for 12 months
Everything we supply and fit is guaranteed for 12 months. If anything isn’t right, tell us and we come back and put it right — you are dealing with the people who measured and fitted it, not a call centre.
And there is no obligation at any point before you order. The visit, the advice and the quote are free, and nobody will pressure you — if the price is not right for you, that is the end of it.
